Wild Rice Salad

wild rice
vegetable broth
celery, diced
bell pepper, diced
green onions or chives, diced
frozen corn and/or peas
almonds, sliced

dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
orange, juiced and zested
1 T sesame oil
salt and pepper

mix everything together
