Im so sorry this blog has been neglected. The trouble has been due to squeezing in two cd's in a short space of time. But fear not, things are shaping up here and some of my DT have offered to help keep this blog in tip top condition.
Without the girls on the team, my images and papers would not have the wonderful exposure you have been accustomed to. I love each and every girl for being such sweethearts with their thoughtful designs and brilliant efforts.

I want to also give credits to Kay Whittaker who has helped me with some of the images on the CD - she is amazing!

So, for now, the CD is available to buy NOW at my website - I know some of you have been itching to get your mitts on it and erm, now you can!

Call of the Wild

So here is my 5th CD. Doesn't she look bright and bold and beautiful?!!! I bet you are wondering what happened to number 4? Well that's on hold until I get a licence for it but I'm hoping it will be out for The Summer Crafting fair at Doncaster Racecourse. You going to that? Its jam packed with brilliant shops this year - check it out for yourself HERE

This Cd is full of bright and bold papers (as ever) with images from the garden and jungle with papers and embellishments and greetings to match. Ive included stationery - papers and envelopes to print out all decorated with coloured images to match......lets hope we can bring old fashioned hand written letters back!I have a guest designer on the CD, Kay Whittaker, who brings you some lovely surprises for your Promarkers to get busy with.

This Cd airs on Create and Craft on 30th June at 3pm - hope to see you there with some demos and samples from this ram packed CD. But you can order a day before it airs over at my website HERE.. I

Guys! Gals! Apologies! Its been crazy since switching over to the care and greatness that is Create and Craft and i feel so bad for neglecting this blog. Since I last posted I have appeared on Create and Craft 4 times - 3 times with Colour burst of Fanciful Things and recently (1st May) with my 3rd Cd - Colour me Crazy........ and the phone lines went berserk on Saturday during the show plus I had a LOT of adorable emails from lovely viewers.

So to make up for the absence I will post all the photo relating to the popular 2d CD of Colour Burst of Fanciful things and then bring you up to date with the overwhelming reception to Colour Me Crazy. So, without further ado, feast your eyes on this little lot and then in the next few days I shall bring you all the news of Colour Me Crazy

I found this one last week and asked Shelley if she would forward me the image. I have a slurpy secret love of the Choc Fudge Sundae papers

and then a few days late she sent me this one. These Amaretto papers look divine with her little japenese missy!

This is the first card made outside the UK, by my friend Houston (coolest name on the planet). I sent her a CD as a gift and in return she wizzed this baby out. I LOVE IT! If you go to her blog HERE you will also see a handful of other cards she has carefully created in an afternoon frenzy of Patti lovin'.
Patti is receiving some fun attention right now and Ive just been informed she is at QVC under the careful hands of quality control. So if QVC give it the thumbs up, ill be demoing it on air within a couple of months **insert scream here**

Someone has been incredibly busy; like exponentially busy.
Rosie was one of the very first people to see the artwork on the CD just after I had showcased it to Personal Impressions after christmas.
She has made a ton of lovely cards to help inspire you if you are at a loose end this week.
I think she has done a superb job.... makes me feel like grabbing those little scissors and start cutting.

Love the Mojito papers here and how she used them...look at the ruffle ribbon detail!The japanese inspired tree papers were one of my favourite and here Rosie gives them a neat little circley home! She also used some of the Pattis Pretties Pebbles on there!

Collection 2.....?

I have had such a huge response to the launch of the CD which ran in smooth conjunction with the Creative Cardmaking magazine feature on the week of its launch. Already I have had a customer call up and ask when collection 2 is available (me thinks June/July) - Im flummoxed by its response. On the next CD I promise to deliver beyond your expectations with a couple of trial out additions for your cards that you WILL love because Ive incorporated customer suggestions.
Im am making way for a download buffet on my my blog with extra bits and bobs that you can add seamlessly to collection 1 or use entirely separately onto your projects. There will be project sheets and a feature especially created for Patti loving customers.
Already I had a customer who bought the CD and received it yesterday and has submitted a card using the Choc Fudge Sundae collection and some doodlebug stamps.

The sales of this CD has been crazy today - mad, fun crazy!

Ive not been able to process them because as you know Im preparing for the launch at the Harrogate Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza - sheeeeeeeeesh, cool name! So if you are at a crafting loose end (er, do I really need to say such an atrocity?) do come and see me on the Art from the Heart stand or come and take a workshop with me over with Craftwork Cards.

Whatever the weather I am going to be run off my feet and you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way.

I added an extra collection to the CD to make up for the delay. She is called Picnic and I think I love her the most. Click on the picture to view a larger image. She even has pears.....:)
CD2 is underway and will take me 3 months to complete as I have over 250 printables to design, all in the most groovacious colours. In the meantime, enjoy these juicy little numbers from Terrie. Aren't they fab?

Not Yahoooooooooooo!

Ok, went to collect the CD's and saw them in all their glory. I was so so excited. Then I spotted an error on the CD its self which meant they would ALL be like that. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Put it this way, the external harddrive crash decided to do some weird stuff to my masters prior to the despatch of the Cd to the replicators (Im not sure if you read my blog but you will know that 4 weeks ago I had a major PC crash). Its rectifiable and it means the CDs have to be replicated with the RIGHT information. Fortch the CD artwork was unaffected
Lord o lord! **walks away shaking head in the slight disappointment**
It might sound major and to some extent it is but you know what? Im not releasing sub standard CD's to anyone. I'll just have to sit back, put a re-run in - ADD a little extra for the inconvenience and be ready for the proper launch at the Harrogate show on the 28th and 29th March.

What did I expect? It is Friday the 13th after all!

I really did have the best luck when my choosing finger chose these girls to make cards with my CD! I asked the girls to go wild and work with whatever they wanted on the disc and in return they showered me with these fabulous cards.
Ok, there is licence for them to use embellishments like ribbon and brads etc but you know, that's cool. We would all do that, wouldn't we?
So without further ado, check out what these beauties made and hopefully, when the CD arrives (Now going to be NEXT week, sorwy!) it will inspire you to use the pick of over 200 printable pages to get seriously crafty with!

Lynda sent me all these:
This one is made from the Amaretto Collection
This one is made from the half sheets collection (the biggest collection on the CD in monochromatic colourways for accenting and mounting). She also used a "Patti Just Chillin" motif.
Here Lynda has used the Summerbrooke Orchard collection (CHERRIES!!!) with the original Patti which I kept on the CD as a momento (and of course for you to use freely). Included on the Cd are the circle greetings which you can use with a 1.5 inch circle punch. In fact there are lots of punchables on the CD.The card below is a template which is on the CD too. The vase comes with a stand to make it stand up and fits perfectly into a DL envelope. The papers are from the Original Patti half sheets, including the card below.
The collection of papers below are from the Groovacious Daisy Collection with an original Patti motif. Lynda has also used my cuttable titchy alpha tabs too.Here Lynda has used the Florabunda Collection and an original Patti Motif.Same papers yet another great design.
Tokyo Kyoto papers are probably the most popular so far and Lynda has worked them a treat!
I think this one is my fave from Lynda, using papers from the Florabumda collection and a Tokyo Kyoto Motif
Now we see cards from Terrie who has used papers from the Summerbrooke Orchard Collection.
Isn't that butterfly gorgeous?Another card from the Summerbrooke Orchard Collection complete with box. I also spy the cuttable titchy alphas!
Jo Hopkins (Jozza!) supplies me with two more samples form the Half Sheets collection in monochromatic of Black... I love that touch of red!She has also used the half sheets here from the Blue Monochromatic Collection
And finally Jo Kill supplied these two lovelies, the first one from the Very Cherry Collection. Whats exciting is the scallop card she has used, which is a template on the CD and very easy to cut around. Jo has used ink to antique the finish and used a sewing machine to make this a "vintagey" cherry looking card.
And Jo's final card is this paper from the Bouquet collection and the butterfly from the Summerbrook Orchard Collection. LOVES!

This time I am sharing a coupla cards!

First showcase tonight is the Tokyo Kyoto collection. Its the brightest in the pack and is loosely based around the Japanese Patti motif that comes on the CD too. Rich, bright tones will get you in an oriental mood but as you know, you can use these papers for a number of other themes too. If you run your browser in Firefox, you can click on the images to make them bigger!

and to show you that we are not just pushing the CD in full, you know - we allowed ourselves to use bits and bobs from our own craft boxes (ribbons, jewels, bards etc).
Jo Hopkins (Jozza) wizzed this baby up yesterday (isn't it lovely?) Jo mounted the papers on red card stock to really show her off and coloured her mandarin collared dress in a lush red ink.And I wazzed up this number at the weekend at a class I taught showcasing the papers in full.The motif and the circle greeting appear on the CD (you simply use a 1.5inch punch to cut the small motif and a 3" circle punch to cut out the large motif..........perfectly!). I cut around the scalloped paper to show how versatile it can be, colouredher dress in lemony zing then added green spots and finally blinged her up to give her some pizazz!

Then there is the Elegance collection which is another of my favvo's. Paisleys and diamonds in gorgeous shades of blue, green and yellow plus a touch of black to make it pop.The card sample below, again, was made at the Art From The Heart workshop last weekend and to read about how that flower spins, check out my blog here.

Ok, I posted these on my personal blog the other day but these babies below are the first live projects that were made using some of the paper samples from my CD at Art From The Heart on Sunday. Customers loved them and gave me a huge thumbs up - greatly appreciated of course and without bribery (a first!).

I used papers from the Amaretto collection of which you can see the range in piece mode below. Ideal for cards of course, but great for beautifying little projects, boxes, gift bags - almost anything really :)

Sample CD's went out to the DT yesterday so we will have some cards to share by next Friday. All these papers are totally geared up for card makers but I actually used some on a layout too, just to show some versatility; this is my baby and nobody puts baby in a (card making) corner! I'll take pictures of that and share it with you soon.

She has arrived

Well, when she comes back from the CD replication company she will have!
My printable collection of motifs, papers, tags, templates and greetings will be on general sale from the 21st February and then, equally as exciting (in due course)- QVC! I had no idea that my drawings and ideas would be greeted with so much enthusiasm when I first shared them with the buyers at QVC and even then, it was to show them how I could work digitally in order to demonstrate another digital product on their show. When they asked if they could buy them, I was knocked for six. And if you were quick enough to download my limited availability of Cherry Berriliscious and the Peppermint Paper Collection, Im sure you will love Patti Picklicious too.

These printables have been lovingly brought together by myself and I took great pleasure in bringing two additional, lovable characters into the fold too. However on my first collection CD there simply wasn't enough room for these little ragamuffins - Sparkle and Spud, who are a cat and dog duo so they will appear on collection 2. And no guesses who was the inspiration for Spud the dog, hmmm? The name Sparkle was the genius behind my friend Rosie Guthrie who has been shaking her pom poms as I gruelled my way through late nights to draw up scenarios and paper designs before/over/after Christmas 2008. I was struggling to get the characters just right as Im not a born figure artist. I had to study hundreds of images of body forms, expressions and actions to perfect them and the result is something Im delighted with. They will now appear on sometime later in the middle of the year.

I have two further CD's in the pipeline with even more characters to bang on your cards and prettify your greetings plus another CD with panel prints, papers galore and paper kits you can use a gazillion times without ever falling out of love with them. They too will be available through Personal Impressions and into a craft shop near you soon.
